    Itinerary

    Day 01 Thu 17/10/2024 Arrival NJP / IXB – Pelling
    Pelling (5500 Ft / 1675 Mts, 150 Kms / 05 to 06 Hrs drive)
    - On arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) (413 Ft / 126 Mts), you will be met by our local representative, who will assist you to board the vehicle to Pelling. On reaching Pelling, check in and overnight at hotel.

    Day 02 Fri 18/10/2024 Pelling
    Pelling (5500 Ft / 1675 Mts)
    -  After breakfast, proceed for Pelling local sightseeing covering Pemayangtse Monastery, Chenrezig Statue & Skywalk. Post lunch, proceed for sightseeing of Rimbi Water fall, Khecheopalri Lake & Kanchanjunga Water fall. Overnight at hotel.

    Day 03 Sat 19/10/2024 Pelling - Rani Dhunga Trek – Pelling
    Rani Dhunga (09 kms , 3.5 hrs one way trek). 
    After early breakfast start your trek to Rani Dhunga.  On the way visit Sanga Choeling MonasteryChrenzig Statue & Sky Walk. Trek back to Pelling. Over night at Hotel.
    About Rani Dhunga: It is accessed by walking the steep hilly track through the surrounding forest covering the area,. Animals such as musk deer, Himalayan tahr, wild boar, Himalayan black bear and Himalayan blue sheep all make their home in this forest. On the way to Rani Dhunga lies Sanga Choeling Monastery, established in the 17th century by Lama Lhatsün Chempo. One of the oldest monasteries in the north-east Indian state of Sikkim, it is known for "Guhyamantra teachings", or "secret Mantra teachings", a synonym for Vajrayana Buddhism and Chrenzig Statue & Sky Walk.

    Day 04 Sun 20/10/2024 Pelling - Gangtok
    Gangtok  (5412 Ft / 1650Mts, 116 Kms / 05 to 06 Hrs Drive)
    -  After breakfast transfer to Gangtok. On reaching Gangtok, visit Flower Show, Do-rulChhorten, and Banjhakari Falls. Later drive to Pelling. Over night at Hotel.
    Optional:
    1. Detour for Buddha Park at Ravangla (8000 Ft / 2439 Mts).

    Day 05 Mon 21/10/2024  Gangtok - Tinjure Trek – Gangtok
    Pangthang (16 kms / 1 hrs drive)
    Today you drive to Pangthang, from where you can go on a trek to Tinjure at the FambongLho Wildlife Sanctuary (2.5 hrs one way up hill trek). Afternoon drive back to Gangtok. Over night at Hotel.
    About FambongLho Wildlife Sanctuary: Total notified area of this sanctuary is around 51 square kilometres, with a few small hamlets inside the sanctuary includingDikchu, Pangthang and Mangan. The sanctuary supports a large variety of birds and butterflies along with a population of leopards, red pandas, civet cats and the Himalayan black bear. The sanctuary is also home to a large number of wild orchids and rhododendrons. Permission is required from the Forest Department for National as well as Foreign Tourists. Spend the morning at the park.

    Day 06 Tue 22/10/2024  Gangtok – Excursion to Tshangu Lake & New Baba Mandir
    Tshangu Lake (12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43 Kms / 02 Hrs Drive one way) & New Baba Mandir (13100 Ft / 3994 Mts / 18 Kms / 01 Hrs further drive from Tshangu Lake)
    -  Today after breakfast, start for full day excursion to Tshangu Lake & New Baba Mandir. Return back to Gangtok. Overnight at hotel.
    Optional:
    1. Nathula Pass (14137 Ft / 4310 Mts) Indo China Border (remains closed on Monday for tourist), visit is limited to Indian nationals only, allowed on the basis of advance permit.

    Day 07 Wed 23/10/2024 Gangtok - NJP / IXB
    New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) (413 Ft / 126 Mts, 130 Kms / 04 to 05 Hrs drive)
    - After breakfast transfer to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB), for onwards connection.

    - Assistance of local guide on Day 3 & 5.
