Itinerary

Note: The trek is scheduled from 15th to 20th May (Dehradun to Dehradun). However, you will need to arrive in Dehradun on 14th May and stay overnight before the trek begins. Similarly, after the trek concludes on 20th May, an overnight stay in Dehradun is required for the night of 20th May before departing on 21st May.

We recommend booking your flights accordingly—arriving on 14th May and departing on 21st May.

Day 1: Dehradun to Sankri 

  • Drive: 190 km | 9 hrs

  • Depart early from Dehradun via Mussoorie.

  • Breakfast in Mussoorie, then continue through pine forests.

  • Reach Sankri by evening; overnight in a guesthouse.

Day 2: Sankri to Sikolta (2,700 m)

  • Trek: 4.5 km | 4-5 hrs

  • Trek through dense pine forests with a gradual ascent.

  • Settle at Sikolta, then visit Juda ka Talab, a scenic alpine lake.

  • Camp overnight in the serene surroundings.

Day 3: Sikolta to Bhoj Gadi (3,700 m)

  • Trek: 4.5 km | 5 hrs

  • Walk through the forest, cross a wooden bridge, and ascend steeply.

  • Arrive at Karsu Thatch, then continue to Bhoj Gadi's lush meadows.

  • Enjoy the peaceful landscape and camp overnight.

Day 4: Bhoj Gadi to Pushtara (3,000 m) via Phulara Ridge (3,763 m)

  • Trek: 8.5 km | 7-8 hrs

  • Start with a sunrise view and trek to Phulara Ridge.

  • Stunning views of Swargarohini, Kalanag, and Bandarpoonch.

  • Descend into Pushtara Bugyal’s vast meadows; overnight camping.

Day 5: Pushtara to Taluka & Drive to Sankri

  • Trek: 10 km | 7 hrs

  • Descend through lush forests and wildflower-filled trails.

  • Reach Taluka village, interact with locals.

  • Drive back to Sankri; overnight in a guesthouse.

Day 6: Sankri to Dehradun

  • Drive: 190 km | 8 hrs

  • Depart Sankri, passing through Mori and scenic lesser-known regions.

  • Arrive in Dehradun by late afternoon or early evening.

 

Inclusions/Exclusions

What is included in the tour

Accommodation: Stay at the Hotel / resort, on a double / twin-sharing basis except at Dehradun (please see the note in the itinerary) 
Meals: All meals from Day 1 dinner to Day 6 Breakfast as per the Itinerary (except at the Airport).
Transport: By a dedicated vehicle (AC Tempo Traveler).
Activities: Bonfire evenings under the stars.
Permits and Fees: Permits and Entry Fees : All applicable sightseeing and entry tickets.
Tour Leader: Services of a tour leader throughout the trip.

What is NOT included in the tour

Airfare: Flights to and from Dehradun.
Meals : Meals during  flight journeys and at the airport.
Personal Expenses: Tips, laundry, phone calls, or any personal expenses.
Travel Insurance: Not included, recommended to be purchased separately.
Anything Not Mentioned: Any services or activities not specified under inclusions.
