About Camp365!
A campsite located at 1.5 hrs drive (65 kms) from Pune City on the Old Pune Mumbai Highway in Kamshet region. Tucked between the mountains and the backwaters of Thokarwadi Dam, this campsite offers excellent settings for any corporate outbound program. Spread over a total of 2 acres, this place has open areas for conducting team building activities, with the backdrop of forest and mountain with a cave, it also offers some real adventure setup. The accommodation is in walk-in Tents with attached toilets and bathrooms to each tent. Meals (Veg and Non-Veg) are served buffet style on an unlimited basis.

Day 1: Witness the Glow of Fireflies
3:30 pm Report at Foliage Outdoors Office
3:45 pm Departure from Foliage Outdoors Office
5:30 pm Arrival at Camp 365 and assemble for evening snacks
6:30 pm : "Know About Fireflies : An Audiovisual Presentation"
(Learn all about fireflies! Watch an interesting presentation that explains how they create their light and discover their fascinating world.)
7:15 pm : Get ready for the main event! As darkness falls, experience the "Dark Hour." All camp lights will be switched off, allowing the fireflies to shine their brightest. Watch their magical light show during a dedicated firefly-watching session.
8:30 pm : Enjoy a delicious dinner under the stars.
9:00 pm : The Dark Hour continues! Have more time to marvel at the fireflies.
Day 2: Hike & Explore
7:30 am : Start your day with a delicious breakfast.
8:00 am : Lace up your shoes! Take a scenic hike to a viewpoint behind the campsite and enjoy breathtaking views of the natural landscape.
12:00 pm : Return to the campsite for lunch.
2:00 pm : Relax and unwind at the campsite before heading home.
3:30 pm : Enjoy a refreshing afternoon tea and snacks.
4:00 pm : Depart from the picturesque campsite, carrying cherished memories.
6:30 pm : Arrive back in Pune, marking the end of your amazing adventure.
What is included in the tour
- Travel arrangement by a chartered Non A/C bus.
- Overnight Stay at the campsite.
- Evening tea with snacks and Dinner on Day 1

Things to Carry : (of course along with your ‘Enthusiasm’)
- Minimum 1 ltr water bottle(s) for refilling during the stay in tents.
- Rain Wear (poncho recommended) and Umbrella
- Sports / Trekking shoes (highly recommended) (Avoid Woodland / Canvas / Converse)
- Small Sack / Backpack (with rain cover is recommended)
- Sun Cap / Hat / Sunglasses (in case there are no rains on the day of your visit)
- Slippers / Chappals (useful for washroom and moving around tent on plinth)
- Extra sets of Clothes (minimum 2 more), Full sleeves recommended for night stay.
- Pull over / Windcheater (Nights are cool)
- Towel and Napkin.
- Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Soap, Comb, Sunscreen and other toiletries
- Insect / Mosquito repellent (Odomos/4 dots etc)
- Waterproof covers for Electronic gadgets (camera, mobiles, etc)
- Small torch OR Headtorch (recommended) - Provides hands-free light in the evening for navigating the campsite and observing fireflies.
Optional Kit :

- Camera, Binoculars (also bring a bag to protect this equipment from dust and Moisture).
- Mobile phone Charger.
Things to be avoided : - Avoid wearing denim wear during activities.
- Valuable articles (We do not have a safe locker to keep these secured).
- Large Cash. (Extras opted at camp can be paid via Google Pay / UPI payment.)
- Speakers. We discourage playing loud music. Carry earphones instead.
- Perfumes and Strong Deodorants: These scents can potentially interfere with the natural behavior of the fireflies, so it's advisable to avoid wearing them during your stay.
Mobile Network and Directions: -
Network Availability: Only the Jio network is accessible at the campsite. If you plan on self-driving, consider downloading an offline map for navigation purposes.
